Am I right in saying this just replaces libdvbsi++.so.1.0 and libdvbsi++.so in /usr/lib?

So I just need to back these up in case I need to roll back?

So this didn't go well haha

I was working remotely and the box refused to come up properly after a reboot so couldnt get to the webif

I still had ssh access to removed and replaced the files but was still the same, I cant get my hands on the box until tomorrow to have a proper look.

I did notice that the orginal files were named slightly differently:

libdvbsi++.so.1
libdvbsi++.so.1.0.0

The patched files tested on DM800 (uses the mipsel32-nf.ipk) and DM800SE are attached to this post (they should also work on other receivers using really old images). Install using "telnet" to see any problems/dependencies.
