gi hd mini plus issues

hi all , i am new to the forum so go easy on me! i have a galaxy innovations hd mini plus and i'm using it to receive the uk channels from 27.5 w down here in spain but a few of the hd channels are jumpy , like the framerate is too slow. its not all programs either , some adverts will be jumpy and the program on at the time will be fine then the next program could be jumpy . there seems to be no rhyme or reason which programs are affected. i have bought a couple of these receivers and tried them both on a few different dishes and the problem remains. has anyone else had the same issues? all the best sean

I also have one of these and would like to know how to update the biss keys.
going to spain in a few weeks and the keys will have changed since I was last there.
