Getting Err16 message on display

Hi

I am in Ex C&W area. I have pace cable box.
When I start a box, I am getting Err_16 message on the display.
I have lookup this error message and found this;
Er16_ Unable to tune to hard coded frequency

I have opos card in a box.

Please could you advice, how can I fix this problem.
