freeview not working

got my kryptview a780 last week so decided to put my ntl freeview box up stairs wife went to watch catch up last nite and it dosent work so she foned nthell to tell them done some tests while she on fone and said we got a faulty box so sending out engineer 2morrow so i whipped out a780 and put freeview down stairs for engineer and hey presto it works fine now can it be some kind of signal problem

if it works downstairs and not upstairs i would think coaxial cable problem,if they are coming out remove all traces of kv, lan cable and remote also,you are sure it was plugged into correct port at back as that sometimes happens.roud:
