final cut pro HELP!

Having some trouble with FCP.

Basically, I have some clips that I have to keep rendering again and again.

For example I have captured a clip called clip1 and I put it on the time line and it says it needs rendering, right thats fine so I render it.

BUT then if I delete it off the time line and put it on again it needs to be rendered again, surely it should stay rendered?

Please help! Any FCP Geniuses?!!

if you rmove or edit the clip it has to be renderd again
as accoring to the program its different
