Extract Emails

Hi, Looking for help One of my websites offers a free PDF file trouble is when an email comes through from a visitor, their email address is in the body of the email. Unless I want to sit here and go through each one, copying and pasting, I am hoping some of my brilliant friends know of a software or other that will go through all the emails, extract the email address and put it into a CVS file so I can contact them again. Hope you can help this poor old man. :-(

It may help if I show you how I receive the emails. They come in this format.

New user registration on your site :

Username: SxxxDxxxx
E-mail: xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx

These emails are coming from Wordpress.

I am a non-techie, so I need some help as simple as possible. Hopefully, one of the kind souls who have looked at my mail can offer some advice.
