ok now looking at this



open the useful.rar

double click on useful

double click on var

double click on bin

drag the newcamd , evocamd , mgcamd to your desktop

then open your ftp to connect to the box open the folder on the dbox /var/bin/

now place the newcamd , evocamd , mgcamd into the dbox /var/bin/ folder

now on each one of these files right click and chmod / set permissions to 755

when all newcamd , evocamd , mgcamd are 755 then please restart the box

while it restarts

open the useful.rar

double click on useful

double click on var

now drag the whole folder called keys to your desktop

ok by now the dbox is on and now you can ftp to your box again and goto /var/keys/ folder

and transfer all the files to that folder and again all files need to be chmod / set permissions to 755

then restart the dbox

Hi,

It looks like another great image from the team.

My initial comments are that I coudn't get fast scanning to work.
I performed a slow scan and found all the channels (272 in all).
It even has EPG on Front Row channels.

The channel switching is very fast and the picture quality is very good too.

I haven't had a chance to try the streaming out yet.

i didnt set the keys i ftpd to my box to 755 and my box was locking up a lot but ive since set my ucode to vortex and its rock steady do you think its worth setting them to 755 or just leave it, i set the cams to 755

the ucodes you should just leave them m8 as you say its rock solid i would keep it like that and stop playing m8 lol

you cant help it though can you i had commando on ablolutly rock solid no frezzing no stutters nothing....but you cant help fiddling when a new image comes out can youroud:
