Eurovox max v 2008 updating problems

Evening all,

I'm trying to flash a new Eurovox max v 2008 (black box) with the latest patch in the downloads section. I'm following the tutorial from there too however when i press Download on the flash loader it says version 2.10 detected so i then press start and "system reset" shows up on the flash loader and stays like this. Its been like this for about 20 mins and hasn;t made any progress at all. Can anyone suggest anything else to get this flashed?

Also don't know if this makes any difference or not but i'm doing this on Windows Vista (pile of sh*t that is it).

I finally got it working however still no sky sports 1 shows up under frequency of 491.000 which this channel was on a few weeks ago. I've tried a power scan and also a manual scan of that frequency above but no joy.

Is there anyone else in the Telford area with the same problem and this channel?
