Anyone having trouble with the EPG importer.
Tried the DS image the other day and went back to UR as I did not like it.
Since then when I go into EPG Importer and sources nothing appears in the sources.
I have down a full reset and installed image again and still nothing. I am also using the latest panel from digidude

Just hit manual update and epg is downloading fine.

Not seeing any sources in the list when I press the blue button. e.g skyUk, sky germany.
So I can not select any EPGs to download

After many factory resets flashing older images etc etc I got fed up an put backup on
This time picons where there and epg there
Still couldent connect to update panels though, just tried again(20 minutes later) and it's connected and updated
Don't ask me what I did lol

Hi Rat M8, think you need to reflash with DW25.02.10 add the dw-live file and start again.After removing passwd i am not having any issues.I have just downloaded plugins ok.

That is where the blue button for sources is in the EPG updater.
Everything working fine just does not show any sources so I can not select any. When I do a manual update it will say no sources selected.

Ive done all that this afternoon Jsaw reflashed, full factory reset
reflashed other betas
reflashed with 25th
luckily I made a backup of my 25th, but even that wouldn't show picons or any epg, or download anything
so after more flashing and factory resets and still no joy I put the backup back on again
this time the picons was showing in infobar and full epg was there so I went into ppanel and went to put todays update on and it worked fandabbydozey I thought
just gone to install Rat's Channel Updater plugin and I'm getting "invalid gzip magic" again
but it worked earlier :err: and all the Technomate downloads work fine, thats why I thought it might be a ppanel problem

I dont use your channel list or bouquets, i have my own bouquets and channel lists for the the sats i frequently use .Dont know if this will upset my settings but i will try it for you.
worked ok on downloading channel list (i didnt reload channel/bouquets
can be frustrating at times but im sure you will get there

Updater loaded in plugins and i run the plug in ok,
It did remove my other sat files but i have it backed up and will only take mins to reload via dreamset

I have installed it several times, and yes you need to restart enigma before it shows in plugins

Just a thought, which image are you using -- UR or DW.May explain why we seem to be at cross purposes on DW EPG updater.With DW image the plugin is already loaded.

no matter what image you have, you need to refresh the plugin list before it shows, press the blue button twice to reload the list, then itll show

Just reflashed DW 25.02.11
Pressed yellow button and EPG import 2nd option in list, selected pressed ok and into EPG import config.Blue button sources ok list avaiable selected UK then green then yellow and ok.Did not have to go to download plugins.
Ergo EPG import loaded with DW image.
