CD & DVD DVD compatibilty

could anyone tell me if a pioneer dv a04 dvd writer bought from usa will work in my uk sourced mesh pc. seems cheap at $238 or will it be totally incompatible

it sould be m8 the power to the dvd will be the same as a uk pc ok the input is diff but the out put is the same

I HAVE THE PIONER DVD104.IGO TO COPY ADVD EG BLADE 2 IT PLAYS BRILLENT ON ANY DVD PLAYER BUT WONT PLAY ON PLAYSTATION 2 BUT I HIRED GRAHAM NORTON FROM THE VIDEO SHOP COPED IT PLAYS BRILLENT ON PS2 IM USING DVD DECRYTER
