Dreambox freezes

Hi I'm new to this ad a friend it got me all up n running but now I have a problem everytime I try and change tv over it freezes and I get a Logo digital worldz flashing at the top left of my screen I also don't get the epg listing no more either can anyone advise please :grayno::grayno:

I haven't tried anything yet as I ad it all done for me n wen I asked friend he didn't no wot to do I have noticed there are new plugins n boutique on here which seem to match what I have in mine but not sure wot to do next n hoped this place cud give me a talk threw on how to update or reinstall ect

reboot it first might solve the problem
if that does not work then reflash but try not to add same things as this might be causing your problem

Errrrrrm make a back up of your config settings before you do anything !!!!
