Dreambox DM500v8 Jtag Problem?

Hi there
I have been trying to Jtag DM500v8 but I have been having problems doing it, the picture attached tells the story, I have reduced the cable to under 10cm but still having the same problem, I have tried different chargers and different pc’s but still no joy, any ideas please?

Hi

Little bit late now but as the its not flash id is unknown thats where it will stick and from when I was messing about with one dont think this can be resolved unless someone else knows better.
