dm800 hd wont scan and find channels

i previously posted this at the end of an old thread but havent had a response

a mate sent me his dm800 down after losing all the channels last week

thing is i can only get it to find 2 hd channels nothing else

done the manual scan setting and it doesnt find anything


is anyone in the sheffield are willing to send me the bouquets files etc to bring the channels back up

its a clone box but was working fine before the channels swap

now it wont pick up a damn thing

wouldnt mind so much if it was my own but my wife is getting annoyed
that she cant watch tv , as i have this box in place

Well it could be a tuner problem have you tried a booster?

i take it its a cable d800 im using a sat but i do believe if you pull the cables.xml from a uk dbox image and ftp that into /etc/tuxbox you should be able to scan uk cable if this is your probleme.

also
you could also try the dbox section for the services and bouquetts for your area and convert them to enigma2 using dreambox editing software I use bouquett wizard, for this.

johny48 sry for not replying earlier , your sugestion worked fine . let me do a full scan and i have all the channels back up
