DM600 Enigma2 ipkg error

i am currently running my dm600 enigma 1 box with an enigma2 image which works brilliantly however i am trying to install the hacksat keydownloader but i get an error after ftp the to tmp dir and doing a manual install

errror message:
Clearing state_want and state_flag for pkg=hacksat-key-downloader-e2 (arch_priority=0 flag=16 want=2)
Nothing to be done
An error ocurred, return value: 4.
Collected errors:
Cannot find package hacksat-key-downloader-e2.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update

i have also tryied dcc program it tells me its done but when i update and check the box its not there

I could be wrong but I beleive because it is not designed as an enigma2 receiver a lot of plugins do not work on its enigma2 images
