dm500 stuck on standby mode

Hi, last night dm500c was working fine, its got dw 2.00 image sinces last few years did not have problame. when i i tried this mornig the box is stuck on green light.try remote control but it does not do anything like flashing the light nor button on box do anything. my qe is is my box died?any help would be great. thanks

Have you tried changing the batteries in the remote the same thing happened to me about a fortnight ago changed batteries in remote everything working again.

if the remote is ok then u might have to reload the image

Hi, thank you for your reply,change the ribbon from inside of the box that connect to standby button reload the image and its working now. thanx
