my epg has stopped working rebooted box twice today it comes up like its starting to download but when i came back later none was showing, do i need to update the source again?

have you installed this epg version? and pressed the update latest settings from blue button Online EPG menu

also note, if you have added more than 150 channels for download then you risk running out of memory during processing.
