In my zgemma box I have 3 softcams.

Cccam (2.3.0 -r4)
Cccam209 (2.0.9 -r4)
Cccam221 (2.2.1 -r5

Is this normal or should I delete a couple ?

You only need to run one but there is enough space on the zgemma not to worry about removing the others.
