Cannot view FTA Channels

I have pli jade image on my DM500 with CCCam. I have just obtained an n line.
I can view and swap ok between pay to view channels but if I switch to a FTV channel it cannot view it.
If I start off watching FTV channels, I can swap between them ok until I switch to a PTV channel (which is OK) then when I go back to a FTV channel it will not clear. Any help much appreciated.

In case anyone else has this problem. A reload of the image fixed the problem.
