Benq flash advice

just flashed my box to lt3.0 from old 1.5 no problem, mates just gave me his box to do was flashed a couple
of years ago, dont know the f/w.

question is do i flash it the same way ?

You will probably need to update dashboard on console. What is it on at the moment.

Flash dvd to pre update stock
Update dash
Flash DVD to Lt 3.0

Dashboard on now is 2.0.15574.0.

Box will never be used on line so is a flash back to stock needed ?

No need for stock if on 15574.

Best to fully update the console & then flash
