Sorry i don't understand the bootloader part, what's a bootloader do i need to install that before anything or?
Also i'm not 100% sure if my box is a clone(i don't think it is) but will this cause any damage if it is?

Think of it like BIOS. If you suse incorrect bootloader you could get the no ca found error until you flash the bootloader.

I just looked at the sim and it says 'dm800 11323 sim210'.it also has a hologram on it. I greatly appreciated your help mate, could you tell me step by step what to do especially with the bootloader part,i understand the flashing part

I just looked at a few pages and i think it's a clone there's certain things like the motherboard/modem.cpu fan that are the same as a clone

That bootloader in link in post 23 is for that Sim

So i have to:
-Plug all cables into box
-Unplug box
-Wait 30 seconds
-Plug box back in while holding down the power button
-Wait until it says 'stop' and let go
-Get the ip address
-Type the ip address into my browser on my pc
-Select the nfi BOOTLOADER file to upload to the box
-Press flash
-Wait for it to upload
Unplug box
-Wait 30 seconds
-Plug box back in while holding down the power button
-Wait until it says 'stop' and let go
-Get the ip address
-Type the ip address into my browser on my pc
-Select the nfi PLI 4.0 IMAGE file to upload to the box
-Press flash

Is that how to do it?
