Activating Sectionsd

I'm using Sportster 1.10 RC006. Learntofly has mentioned this in his post:

* Set My Location.. the sectionsd 'new channel' scanning can be activiated by editing sectionsd.conf in /var/tuxbox/config but Id imagine amongst the myriad of menus thered be an easier way of doing this

I've not been able to find a way to enable it in the menus. So, I'm gonna have to edit sectionsd. The contents of sectionsd.conf are as follows:

What part of that do I need to edit to enable sectionsd scanning?

I would imagine - SectScan=1

In most images you go to service/service scan then set sections scan to on and save settings
