7ins android tablet - but need OS update

Hi
Got a tablet (Chinese - no id or info markings)
It just hangs on boot screen on power up
I can get it to go into setup by pressing volume button and power buttons at same time
But did factory reset nothing
Has anyone got firmware for reinstall

I think you will need to give a lot more information mate before anyone can help you on this one.

that's the problem I don't have any
I could read the chip or maybe mobo but no other id

can you get into recovery mode ?

You might be able to connect it to a PC and telnet into it.
