4001 all channels gone

I change the date on my card as it went down now i don't even get fta.
It happen on both my 4010, 4001 i am in pure any ideas on what has gone wrong? sw 3.6. Thanks in advance.

if not gettin fta should imagine its either a fault in ur area or a signal prob , does either box work without a card in

nothing on either but sut sub box and bb ok

changin dates should not affect the fta channels

check eng menu for signal level, remove all splitters and put it straight onto feed just to eliminate all that.

if there not working on fta without a card in it's unlikely to be a card issue

2 boxes same fault - same time - without cards - probably user error in the leads/tv department
