hi anyone having trouble with the audio on 30w channels either the fta or others , using tm5402hd m2ci , video is fine audio sounds like playing a 45 rpm record on 33 rpm

Working fine here on TM5402, had that issue years ago, back up ch list then reflash or just factory reset and load list back
not tried the factory reset yet as not had much time due to work , not really to sure how to back up channels , did try deleting the sat from sat list then adding again and doin fresh scan , but problem with audio still there
To create a back up channel list
Insert usb
Menu
USB
Data Transfer
Press Red button this will Upload Channel Data
A list will be created It will look like this 20230520-111842.CNDF first part of the file is date created 20230520, Second part is time created 111842
Press Exit on remote when finished.
To reload your Channel list
Insert usb
Menu
USB
Data Transfer
Scroll to your latest channel list
Press OK
Select Normal DB and press OK this will load your saved channel list, When stb has finished loading channel list it will return to File list
Press Exit on remote when finished.

done all you said , but audio on 30w still same , just need to find all my fav channels again now on 13 and 19 lol
Did you factory reset?
Favourites have saved ok here and reloaded ok with the channel list saved

done factory reset this morn , loaded everything back in , still the same , could it be the lnb on its way out ? , also noticed , not that it may be the problem when checking the audio it comes with portugese aac , but i imagine that as all was working a while ago it wouldnt be that
It will have Portuguese aac and English audio.
If everything works on H&V channels on other sats I don't think it's lnb issue.
Is it all channels on 30w?
Delete the transponders and scan individually
Try changing the audio settings in menu- av settings pcm/ hdmi/Dolby hdmi

Could be corrupt channel list?

Load patch again then try 30w, make sure usals noted if using.

not using motorized setup am using diseq . dish has own lnb . other sats on other dish . when go into menu av . dont have hdmi . only have pcm , scart , dolby hdmi . not to sure how to delete transponders or how to scan individually . all got when press audio buton is portugal aac and press the arrow button to next one is the same
Menu -advanced search-select a transponder- select delete option.

cheers manic01 , went into menu- av settings pcm/ hdmi/Dolby hdmi , changed it to dolby spdif and all working properly now
just one other thing , noticed when hit ok button on remote goes to channels when hit yellow button for tp,s only showing 8 in the list is that about right , and about 270 channels
