I read somewhere in the forum about networking straight into tm800 without using miniweb or ftp and I had it working on my pc .You just had to click on the icon and the pc connected straight to the files in the box, but following a change of internet provider and router then had a hard drive...

To answer my problem,I disconnected the aerial lead to the sat motor on the dish left it for 5 minutes and reconnected tally ho the satellites are back . A confused motor on the dish ?

Hi I have checked the boxes file etc/tuxbox and there is a sat list showing but there is 2 other files as well but seem to be empty. thanks for your reply,I have reloaded the Vhannibal list but when I go and scan, the box only scans 28o east and no other satellites .Ive had tried all day now to include all sats but I am none the wiser. any help would be great

Hi Ive just down a automatic scan to look for sats that was missing from my last scan and so far it has taken 36 hours .I am using digital worldz for my box ,so if anyone knows of a quicker way or software to do a full scan please inform what the best .
