EPG installs

Hello Ive had a TM800 for about a month and I have been trying to get the cool epg into the box and work. I have used filezilla to install this epg into the box and I can see the file there but it does not show in the ppanels page via yellow button on remote. I followed a thread in this forum saying to copy to var file then etc file and thats as far as its got, so any help to correct this would be gratefully recieved. Also if by doing a full factory reset does this put all the files back in if I might have corrupted any of them. many thanks all

Load DD'S panel from the stickies on TM800HD forum it will install a working copy of Cooltv and Rytec epg.Other useful additions also.

many thanks jsaw for your answer but it does not answer my problem of the correct path in filezilla to place this into.Thats what I require is a idiots guide as a neebie to get it to install and work.many thanks
