Itv player plugin first alfa release...

A plugin that streams content from UK ITV Player. You will need UK ip address to use it...

This is first preview(alpha) release. It can kill your puppy, or cause a nuclear holocaust.

You and only you are responsible for how you use it, and/or damages it can make to your STB.

Developed by: Subixonfire

Extract ITVPlayer_py2.x_ alpha and send dir itv_preview to

/usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/Extensions

hey peeps,
im using openpli on my dm800se,
getting the same bag magic number error on version 2.7 as above,
im getting version 2.6 to come up however the display gui doesnt seems right lol
i did try a video and it works perfectly though

heres a full screen snapshot of the gui,
so you can check it out...

i have to press stop then exit to get out of it, on the iplayer i only need to press exit

saj1985, that looks like something ive seen before, where a receiver is showing HD content when its only setup for an SD sized screen, what skin are you using, and how is your AV settings setup?

im using openpli on my dm800se,
the skin im using is called 'Magic',
av settings is as follows,
display 4:3 content as - just scale,
display 16:9 content as - letterbox,
anything else you need to know mate?

Yep i got the gui on the itv player, my av settings are exactly the same as yours saj

the skin im using is called 'Magic',

from the images plugin menu, download the skin 'Magic HD' then in the system / settings / skin menu, select this new skin, and press OK, enigma will restart, and try again please m8

the magic skin is for SD sized screens, the magicHD skin has more 'screen area' (in a simple way lol)

so its just to do with the resolution in a nutshell lol

by the way its a nice plugin,

Got this working after rereading the instructions lol

seems to work well, I didnt realise that the images etc are just for eye candy I was trying to figure out how to change dates etc lol

Im using the same image mate and it worked fine for me
are you using the 2.6 version ? thats the one you need

I've tried both versions and even after restarting enigma 2 the plugin doesnt even appear in the plugins list, pretty strange!

using a dm800se dbuk2.1.2.
