ripped off by member

ok so i bought a jtag off cseye off here and paid a bit more to get it next day i should have got it on 26th march and it didnt arrive

i have been msn'ing him and calling him and said i want it this week, it now seems that he has took my £200 and went as the number doesnt get answered and hes never on msn (he normally is all the time) i am raging at this point as i bought one off him last time and it took a while to arrive but now nothing, he wouldnt even give me the tracking number

i am putting a post on hoping he does the right thing, i dont want a car drive but i will not lose £200...ever

i now contact parcel2go with the ref only for them to tell me the number is wrong and it dont exsist.....blood boiling now i tell ya

First of all, your post is not entierly clear on what you payed £200 for?

To build a 360 JTAG+Nand Programmer cost less than £2 in parts so what have you payed £200 for??? an XBOX360 pre-flashed with the JTAG hack ??? Even that is way overpriced !

Guessing you didn't get his address??

Maybe contact bank/credit card company see what they can do as you have been given incorrect tracking number etc etc!!

And if you have his address then I am sure some one on here might live near him

As he may have given you his order reference from parcel2go vs. the tracking number for the ordered courier, i have done that before.

If you used PayPal or a Credit Card then do a chargeback

Not a good idea really as that nulls any paypal protection.
