DW800 (Kryptview PVR HD)

Hi all, im new here, introduced myself on 'Who am i' as dont like being rude lol.
I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of where to get these as i checked out the site mentioned in the posts and this box wasnt advertised.
Also, does anyone know where to get the firmware from?

Thanks if you can help, im looking to upgrade as i killed my S/V 4 with a needless upgraded flash...good old v1.1-my box is genuine, but this flash as pp;l may now also killed some original models. I was going to get a Eurovox EX7000 but the Kryptview does seem a better option!

if u read threw the posts bud..you'll find more info and u should email tmc threw his site and tell him your a member off digitalworld..thing is not sure theres anymore off this stock..but hes the man to speak to bud

You need to pm tmc on this forum but as yr new u probably won't be able to until yr post count has increased..google tailor made circuits and contact mash that way

Thanks DW Dream, you did give a review in post 1. Just wanted another opinion on how good they think the box is or not. Interested in the remote also as I think you said in previous post that yours will be different to the ones sent out with the boxes.
By the way, did you manage to test any avi/Divx files HDD to the usb or is will it just play the PVR files?

Just picked my box today, just a bit gutted the firmware is not ready so its still sat in the box. Just like Christmas and waiting to open my presents!!!!

it dont play avi or divx files,I did convert a small file to TS and try that on a usb pen drive but that didnt work

maybe it was the converter I used was a free trial jobby

mines due in the next couple of days, does anyone know if it will support a 16gb/32gb sd card and usb adapter instead of an external hard drive.

Dream i just hooked it up and watched FTA CHANNELS picture want that much greater, should it improve with firmware?

I Had a750, hdmi using bravia 40v3000 1080p. Signal is 70percent could that b a prob

what can I say m8 I can see a huge improvment in picture and sound quality via hdmi

Im sure others will have there say when they get there boxs

The sound was better and the menu colours vibrant perhaps i expected 2 much lol. How much better is watching footy on espm hd compared to sd? my espn sd was poor qual
