I have sent an email everyday asking for an expected delivery date

I have opened numerous support tickets RE: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX but I am yet to receive a response.

Can you let me know of an expected delivery date and if the goods have been posted yet ?? The status is still showing as processing on your tracker, so I assume this means they are yet to be even posted as it hasn't changed since the day I made the order.

If you cannot provide me with one within the next 24 hours I would like to request a full immediate refund as of that time in accordance with your terms and conditions 4.1 (a).

If I dont recieve a response to this email within the timeframe mentioned above I will be logging a dispute with paypal.

I look forward to your reply.

always do your research before buying guys, theres a dvb monkey thread on near every forum about how they are slow / dont send out items / dont reply to emails / send faulty goods

I ordered a DM500C box from them on new year's eve. It finally arrived today.

Works okay, power supply seems reasonable, and it has a green circuit board inside, not an orange one.

Apart from the huge delivery time, they seem okay.

So by that timescale i'm looking at the 11th March for mine ha thats an absolute joke.

It sounds to me like they dont actually have any stock and wait until they have the funds from x amount of orders so that they can buy in bulk for cheaper. To be honest that would make sense from a business point of view and I probably wouldn't mind that much if only they had the courtesy to reply to one of the now 9 emails that I have sent.

Basically this just stops me from getting a refund though so looks like I will just have to wait.

The tracking number they have given me id for the United States Postal Service and says there is no record of the package.............suprise suprise

if its EMS m8 its china, and the tracking numbers never work for the first few days, just means they have either requested for the package to be picked up, or its still being processed through the postal companies system...

Once you recieve your box from them does it have to be put in to debug mode like the dbox if not already. Mate ordered one from there, just so we know in advance and what to do it we need to. Its a 500c

Its still saying that today, was supposed to have been posted last wed.

I made an order on new years eve, have not heard anything from them after they took my money. I've given them 10 days before I'll make a complaint to the credit card company. :lsabre:

When clicking on the link that they provided for tracking it opens in the US Postal Service site and still says there is no record of that package.

I have tried going to the EMS site and put in the tracking number and it says it arrived in and left Shanghai yesterday but was only posted the day before !!! haha, at least I have got some confirmation anyways.....

Hopefully it shouldnt be too long now but still not gonna hold my breath, if it comes before 27th I will be plesently suprised.
