Cardsharing on technomate 6900 6800 super with SSSP and 8281

I have a TM6900 super now working with pixilation every 10 seconds or so on N** with latest Official and Magic patch 12-12-2008 on my newcs LAN server can anyone tell me how important the port selection is I see on some of the posts that Port 50004 is used for N** I am using port 15050 what’s the difference in the port numbers do some perform better than others for different tasks? I know it’s been suggested that the patch needs to be improved to stop pixilation but I am just curious about the port selection

you can choose any port between 10000 and 65000 odd

the issue is with the patch, not your server, connection details or server software

it depends on how the newcamdserver is configured.
For every port there is like an unique encryption and caid used.

For Sly Uk on 28,2E for example

it should be CAID 0961:000000

For Tv vlaanderen on 19,2E
CAID 0100:006A,006C

It means i can configure for Sky on my newcamdserer
a 'service' where you can connect to with a defined user and pass.
The port choosen is Up to me.
Port =6666@0100:0000,006A,006C;7777@0961:0000;
In this example the newcamdserver would be configured
Tv vlaanderen on port 6666
Sly Uk on port 7777
 
I have done the test with the latest patch and can confirm the 10 Sec 'break up'.

My running config is GBOX - MPCS - NEWCAMD client

When I look at the timings , they seem to be ok ?

I've inherited an old dm5620 and would like to turn it into a server (I got three rooms with tellies and want to 'spread' one sub into three technomates, ie. like Digidude) Two would be TM1000D's an the third one would be TM6900 combo (black)
Is there any chance of a step by step guide of how to install this all into Dream? I'm quite familiar with client side (sssp on tm1000d) but when it comes to DM as a server - I'm lost:grayno:.
Is there a particular image thats best? Is Gbox an actual piece of hardware that I'd have to buy or is it just a sofware loaded into DM?
I've seen your post about that earlier in that thread, but im too new to all this so I didnt succede
Sorry if asking for too much, but if u r anywhwere around london, let us know and I'm sure I'll get a chance to express my grattitude in a pub :):drink::drink:
BTW, I'd like to use Cyfra or Polsat subs, but not quite sure which one is confirmed to be working in this setup so I didnt buy one yet....

Hi, sorry to reply so late, was having lots of things to do lately....

You will have to start by installing gbox on Open source Linux receiver.
Dreambox is a good and stable start.

The model of technomate mentioned in yr post does not ring a bell with me.

But there is something you can do for us :)

You seem to be fairly good with SSSP. Is there a way (with a plugin) to connect
SSSP with gbox ?
What software (SSSP) is very good to use in conjunction with the Technomate 1000/5000 series ?
Can it open NDS & SECA ? (newcamd server i presume)

I want to help you with yr problem. But the above question will have to be solved in order
to find a good stable solution

I have Sharemax_5.7_Cracked_BIGMAN_58_SUPPORT_SEVMEK46_FULL_2008.zip
but it doesn't seem to send codes from & to the technomate....

DOes someone have a decent manual for sharemax with Technomate ?
You can even connect SSSP with GBOX or newcamd with that application....

SSSP support has been written out of most of the patches, youll need to find older ones that have it to use this feature
 
newbiie how is this done just purcchased 69000 super.

connected lan cable to 6900 super nothing .

thi 6900 super lan is ineffective no instructions in handbook.

you will need details of a server to enter into the 8281 menu before youll get it to work m8 ;)
 
is WSP 0.6.9 UP 2 DATE for technomate ? SSSP

Can it be that WSP 0.6.9 wich connect with a newcamdclient does not work correctly ?

I have been testing Tv vlaanderen/Nederland Digitaal lately with a serial nullmodem cable with a newcamdserver which supports :
CAID 0100 OO6A 006C 006D

Channels like TV1 & Canvas Filmnet 1 /2 /3 / SB6 on ASTRA 19.2E are not clearing.
I think this must be something to do with the new Seca Encryption which 'they' implemented
some week ago against Piracy and Technomate had to rush out a patch for Tv vlaanderen in a Hurry.

Using the same newcamd server
on the 1000/5000 series there is a problem for these channels using SSSP.
on the 6000 SUPER Series over ethernet with newcamdclient there is no problem at all allthough they take a bit longer to clear.

Is there another SSSP software tool that is UP2date for Technomate ?

When i look in my newcamdserver log it seems that it does not get the right request.
I think there must be something wrong with :
SSSP on the technomate
or
WSP with implemented newcamd client ?

In order to know where the problem lays, is there other software i can use besides WSP ?

Hi,

New to this side of playing with my 6800Super, is there a beginers section, after reading the thread here, its gone over my head a little.

Downloaded the relevent patch pressing 8281 gives me:

Connection 1
N_Camd
test
test
Address
Port
DES-KEY
Current Stauus, which is of course disconnected

Reading the patch notes it shouold connect to another server, however looking at the screen I assume I have to add info to get connected, help here would be appreciated.

i am newbie but which server i must take.( N_camd ) is it newcamd or newcamd5.25? Must i subcrib in a server or not.?

newcamd is the protocol or 'language' so it is not important what version of software the server uses, as long as its the same language. So, 4,5,6,7,8,9 or newcamd, n_camd, newcs, etc isnt relevant, it just has to be a server using 'newcamd protocol'.

after spending all night reading through all the threads of this forum and other forums, finally got a free newcamd art server working on my tm6900 combo super. nice one!!!

Somebody have a idea!! I did the test a few times but always the same
