Just flashed this image and it looks good....very noob question.....where do i change the cam and ucodes? Cant find it anywhere! This is the first time I have dabbled with Enigma.

I take it you never read the first post in this thread
It has a full cam and ucode menu (press and hold the blue button for 2 secs)

Cracking Image! Running on a Sagem x2 and really stable. Been running Sportster 1.10 for the last 6 months, this will make a nice change.

Volume buttons on the remote should work fine, check you are connected to the tv scart (not video) and picture quality should be better also!

The volume issue has been bugging me for the last 24hours since i flashed this image ( put the scart in vcr :grayno, glad i had a good read throught his thread, thanks....:Clap::Clap:

hi all just wanted to say a big thanks to the makers of this image. i have never used an enigma image before but had to change for the sports 1 problem and i must say i am very impressed with this image it looks the dogs bollocks. Had a bit of a problem getting it on in the first place but as usual lots of info to be found. thanks again.

Hi there I have copied and pasted this thread from the thread titled "sky sports 1 problem". If mods see the other one please delete as its more appropriate in this thread. Ta in advance.
OK I have this image on my box. Been on there for a week or so. Now in the main I love it. And to my eye it is just like a neutrino (In that i mean the menu's ect are similar). But i have one sticking point, The box freezes like once per hour. Now in reality this means i press "0" twice on my remote and hey presto the piccies back. (This can obv be done by simply changing channels up and down). But this hadn't been happening on many of the "latest" images. So bearing in mind i have tried out all the ucodes. For at least one day a piece with similar or indeed worse results, I'm now thinking along the lines of the Ava Driver. Now i do seem to remember my dobx being like the strangest ever in the fact that it seems to live the Ava 500 instead of the Ava 600 (BTW my box is Sagem).
So question - Does enigmah or this image in particular (Boswell's) auto select the "correct" Avia Driver ?
If so can i override this ? And finally if so how .... lol. I do understand telnet and understand the dbox pretty well (Been around a wee while now). So if there is a way i will give it a good go.

BTW I Really like this image. It's very refreshing on the eye.

Set the volume to whatever level you want it to start up on (and set it to the channel you want it to startup on).

Then in the menu, select SHUTDOWN then RESTART. The box should now default to these settings when you switch it off and on!

Funny you should ask, I left some features in the image on the chance someone wanted to try it on a sat box, as I don't have a Dbox2 sat box I couldn't try it out. Maybe if you start a new thread in the sat section I could see if I can help you to get it working!

If you mean a working UK infobar (showing now and next etc) then SS-Enigma does have this feature (see release notes).

Just read the release notes and all it says is...

It has a working infobar for UK

There is no info on setting it up, i get full EPG via re button but nothing on the infobar, can anyone tell me what i need to do in settings to sort this...

@jasonm go to setup/expertsetup and scroll down you'll see the option to use epg cach for info bar this has to be selected for it to work in enigma.
