sly Sports and Movies channels no signal

I get no signal from my sly sports and movies channels, everything else picks up fine. I tried the box in another house and it works fine clears the sports and movies but when i connect back up to mine it says no signal on just them channels
any suggestions?
Tried autobouquet and that just says tuner time out

if this was me 1 i check my cable 2 i check my lnb 3 i check my my box img 4 i see if i got up to date img 5 if you at 28.2 then scan it

I had an openbox v8 connected to the same dish and cable which worked fine so its not the dish or lnb or cable, i have mtpockets image on the box but it picks up channels fine on a dish down the road to me
Just to make sure i connected the v8 back up and that got signal on them channels
And its scanned at 28.2e

Auto tune doesnt pick up movies and sports, autobouquet doesnt scan as it says tuner timed out, scanned channels in another house tested all working took back to my house no signal on movies and sports
Tried a channel list same thing no sports or movies

still say dish needs a tweak

Known issues with some sky quad lnb's and voltage switching.
