Zgemma H2 on VM cable

Hi guys i have tested the new zgemma via a sly satellite and got it working.

However i am now trying to test it on a VM cable connection, but cannot seem to get it working.

what are the settings needed to make it work.

I am assuming to cable goes into the lnb port on the back of the zgemma h2

this is the vm setup.


any help is appreciated.

no mate not lnb the other one and has to be v cable not sat

the F CONNECTOR is for cable m8

You need the converter posted by joe516 then you plug your cable feed into the Ant in socket.

socket is marked RF in. I had to disable the SAT tuner for mine to work on VM

Right got the connector, done a scan picks all the channels up.

Now I'm getting error

Service not found
(SID not found in PAT)

Any ideas?

You will need to use auto bouquets maker to create a channel list for cable

Some channels are working some aren't....

Also does the nline work the same for cable has it does sat? I.e the same location? Usr\keys

If you have choose the correct area in autobouquets it could be a signal strength issue

I chose the one that my vm box is using but there are 2 available for my area. I'm also using openvix image at the moment.
