Zgemma fusy with satalites?

Hey guys I have setup a box for a friend and it works on mine fine 28.2 but comes up tuner failed his end. his dish works fine with his skybox f3 but when it comes to the zgmemma no channels will show :-( Any ideas

I had a similar proble!m. It was the service searching. Make sure the box is locked on to 28.2e

ive just sent one back that stopped working on the satellite it just not picking any sat signal up after a reflash
