Worth gambling on an s11, or better sticking to an s9?

no need really,since you can't kill the receiver.The rs232 port will always work,even though the bootloader section of flash is all garbage.The trick is to use loader v2.0.0c.I was able to program with a wide variety of euro firmwares then go back to s10.Pansat 9500 hdx is the only one that will boot,but the front panel and remote don't work.

Hi all, I already have a Dreambox800SE clone that i use a a server, I need a HD box for cheap that i can use as clients for friends and family.
Just really need it for TV, maybe record to USB HDD at most.

I know the OpenBox S9 has Scart (which i don't need) but what is the difference between S10 and S11. The S12 is a more compact box but is there any other difference?
they all seem to be of a similar price so what would be the best on to get regarding ease of use configuring and support?

I'm going to Hong Kong in a few weeks so might buy it over there, will i have issues bringing it back?
