I have a 120mm fan for my PC - I want to install it so hot air is exhausted from the system, not sure which way the fan should be installed.

Sometimes they don't have an arrow (custom ones sometimes don't) but you can work it out from the blade shape.

If you mean at what part of the case then one at front and back is good.

it has 2 arrows one pointing left or right depending on which way I view fan and other arrow forward/backwards

so I assume the fan will be placed at back of case with arrow pointing outside for direction of airflow ie blowing out.

Sorry if I sound a bit sarky M8 but...if you bung it in and put your hand outside the case and the air isn't coming out then surely you'll turn it other way round? Did I miss summat fundamental here? I have had a Shiraz or two lol
