Well my new dm800 clone from yaoxin has finally arrived, it got held up in Amsterdam for three days, probably stoned , lol.
It was packaged much better than from Szbct , once its warmed up i,ll post the results .
$238 @ szbct.com/ now, just ordered another.:BLOBBY:
Well I bought mine from them, initially it was working well, but it only lasted me just over the month.
Did you send it back mate?
Had a few from there now, working ok.

Sorry logic_187, but are you saying that your box developed a fault and you send it back to BCT?
yeh the DM wouldnt recognise the tuner. sent it back using royal mail (took 1 month!!!), they then sent it back via DHL which arrived in a few days
I may as well send mine than. Tell me please how did you go about it, I ma guessing that you contacted them first, and how much was the postage to China?
I contacted the seller so who ever you emailed to get the box in the first place (my contact was vince and was very helpful).
I told him about the problem, he told me to try a couple of things then told me to send it back to them (he provided the return address, so i guess your contact should do the same).
To reduce cost I sent only the box back (came in under 2kg) so was around £15 recorded delivery. I sent it Royal mail standard airmail. Please note this isnt tracked, so it could take anything from 2 weeks+ to get there, mine took 4 weeks i was about to put a trace on it until i contacted Vince who said he finally recieved it.
If you can afford it and want a quick tracked delievery use another means of getting the box there, it looked like royal mail walked to china as it took 4 weeks LOL
That's great; I will try to get in touch with them and se what they say. Thank you logic _187
no probs dude, but if you know the fault of your box and what you need to replace you could save yourself a lot of pain (possibly cost) by trying to source the part your self. obviously you will need to weigh up the cost of fixing the box yourself to sending it back to china.
Hope you get it sorted as i was about to give up and call it a 'bad debt' ....god forbid if it breaks down again and i have to send it back, the 'cheap clone' deal doesnt look so cheap anymore!
The problem is that I don’t know what the fault is, some people here suggested that it may be a power supply (adapter), so I went and ordered an original one and about a 20min. ago I received it, plugged the box, but nothing happens, the box simply refuses to power up! Personally I think it is a motherboard. The good news is that I contacted BCT yesterday, and I received reply this morning, asking me to describe what exactly is wrong with the box, I have sent a reply, so now I am waiting to her from them.
do you know who it is? it might be easier talking to them via msn
has anyone tried this site found it yesterday but dont know whether to trust it HLT (Shenzhen) Electronic Sales Department - dreambox, dm500s, dm500c
