What firmware for TTDSi card ?

Hi All

Been reading up on this and it looks as if i need differing f/w whether i have a ds or dsi ?

Is this correct.

I have 2 genuione ttdsi cards and need one for a ds - use 1.17 ?

And one for a dsi - not sure what to use ??

Anyone confirm this before i flash.

the firmwares are for the different cards, not the different DS's m8

DSTT firmware for DSTT card, but will only work in DS or DSlite

DSTTi firmware for the DSTTi card, and will work on DS, DSlite and DSi machines

Got the genuine white DSTTi card. Put the 3 files and a game on it and get error message - An error has occured. Press and hold POWER etc ??

Tried TTMenu Kernel v1.17, 2009-01-06 and the Refixed TTMenu Kernel v1.17a07, 2009-09-26 new

The DSi is on 1.4E firmware.

Whats going on guys ??

Much the same problem as I had, ain't fixed it yet either, hopefully somebody knows how to get it working.

Use moonshell 1.7a on dstti cards It works a treat with the TT menu I have tried and tested loads?

You need the 1.17a moonshell not the 1.17

Two seconds and I will upload the TT menu file and the correct moonshell

Theres the link just copy and paste them files onto your dstti card are dstti gold card are dstt card

then paste your games %100 tested all the new games dont glitche either

Right so copy over 1.17a files, then the moonshell files you uploaded ?

Replacing TTMENU folder ?

Is this correct ??

UPDATE - Just tried another card which i ordered ages ago from different batch and it shosed as a red star wars lethal alliance thing on ds menu as game.

Then done a litle update and worked ???

It shows as star wars lethal alliance on every boot, then when iselect it says 'loading' for sec then goes to TTmenu.

When i try the micro card in another DSTT card it shows as a DSTT card in the main menu,but when i select it i get the error screen again ??

Whats going on here peeps ???

i think its because the DSi firmware is on 1.4 m8

ive just tried a TTDSi and R4igold on a 1.3 and theyre both fine

Right card works with just the files you upped matey, so cheers.

I have 4 cards 2 work 2 do not.


The 2 which work show as ' Star Wars Lethal Alliance' in main menu.

The 2 which do no work show as - One shows as a DSTT card in main menu, the other shows as nothing, both give error screen when selected.


These cards were ordered seperately in pairs weeks apart.

Out of the 2 which work one has a red circuit board, the other green (when looking at pins)

The 2 which do not work are both blue pcb's ??
