I'm a newbie myself but as far as I understand, the brand is not really that important but the size of it which should depend on the numbers of LNB you are going to have.
I personally have 3 LNBs on a 80cm (minimum recommended) dish picking up signal from 3 satellites, 13.2, 19.2, 28.2.
Also the guy who helped me find the satellite signal have mentioned about getting a mesh dish so I won't have any signal issues when it's windy.
