Android watch with sim card slot

Looking at getting back in to running. I want something I can l put a payg sim in. Basically I don't want to have to take my phone with me, need Spotify, and the usual apps strava etc. I'm just looking for cheap options at the mo, aliexpress jobs will be find just needs a bit of storage for music and maps to work and bluetooth for headphones
