Hi guys setting up my own clothing business was looking at setting up web design with all the fancy things ie moving icons and nice photos and with pop ups any one that can help me be so kind live in Plymouth can pay if needed ive paid for my own email address need to be able to promote my own website too any help would be so kind

have a look at zencart mate should be able to add some mods to do most of what you need

by the sound of it it looks quiet hard to get up and running may look in yell pages at IT guys as want it to look right and smart

Also try opencart if your looking for an online shop. All you need is hosting and domain.

have a look at some of the sites on moonfruit.com might not be good enough for what you want but for around £85 some people have made some cracking sites.

its about £40 for your web building tools £10 domain and £25 quid a year hosting.

Its time consuming but very user freindy I got a moviehunt site up onto google in a week.

some people have made some really smart ones.

Its making your own logos and moving stuff that you will probably need help with but the basic tools are there.

Heres a moonfruit site as an example and he must use the basic package because he has only 5 pages I got 12 pages for £40

You should opt for a free website builder such as hPage ( https://www.hpage.com/ ). If you want your custom domain though, you have to upgrade your package but hPage's free package is already worth it! You already have enough storage space for your pictures and web pages. You also don't need to learn HTML since they have more than 300 website templates prepared for you already.
