Vu-zero to vu solo2

If I backup my vu-zero to usb
Could I transfer that to a vu solo2 box

Image backup > No
Settings Backup > Yes. But change host name and double check tuner configuration afterwards.

Got openpli 8.1 image on vu-zero so if I put same image on vu solo2 will that work ?

reason am doing this will be using vu solo2 with vu turbo tuner the vu-zero is already setup which I did quite a bit back and remember it was a pain in the arse took me hours and would have to start from scratch so hopefully usb will do the job

You cannot flash an image for one model onto a different model.

If you don't want to apply the settings backup (different thing to image backup, which you can do), be aware there are different versions of the Vu turbo tuner. Find out which version you have and install the corresponding drivers.

All done vu solo2 now running with the Vu turbo tuner small problem now tv boots up on firestick instead of vu forgotten how you changed that setting ?

Did a factory reset on the TV after hours of trying different options that did the trick
