Email [email protected] he in charge of complaints and social media and say your not happy with what your paying , you will get a phone call from them , my bill increased from 75 pound to 90 pound a month , so I emailed and then the next day they rang and reduced my bill from 90 to 55 a month keeping the same package 200mb broadband ,2 v6 boxes with full house package and telephone bundle
