Just got back from Sainsburys and there doing Verbatim DvD +/- 50 pack for £4.99 seems a bargain to me :)
says £15 off are these usually £20 :err:
anyway a fiver for 50 Verbatim seemed a great deal :)

mine has about 10 in stock

Thanks.

The mrs saw this on UK hotdeals this morning and she's just got me 400. Some are made in India and some are made in Taiwan, the latter being ether CMC or MCC, the general feeling on the net is that you get around 75%-80% success rate, and a longevity rate a lot lower than say Tayo Youden, which have the highest longevity rate and 100% success rate but cost 3 times as much.

Verbatim used to use Tayou Youden dye some years ago and they were then classed as the best disk money could buy, but there rep went downhill when they switched to a cheaper manufacturer.

I never put any faith in brand, only dye manufacturer, but at 10p per disk I can afford to throw a few away. :)

I just checked and mine are made in India
I bought 2 packs as I dont use disks much now days, but at that price worth picking a couple up :)

Loads in my local, 75% discount seems very generous!

Thanks for posting.
