iPhone unlocking

hi all, does anybody no how much voda charge to unlock and how I'd go by doin it as I'm not on voda, my 3gs is jb on 3.1.3 and unlocked though ultrashow but I want to upgrade any help wud b great.

you could use sn0wbreeze to update and preserver your baseband and unlock it again.
you are aware that the lastest 5.0.1 firmware is tethered jailbreak only at the moment.

yes mate I am aware but not to much works now on 3.1.3, so I don't mind getting it unlocked from voda and updatng for now till there's a untethered jb

Use snowbreeze update to 4.3.3 keeping bb & ultrasnow to unlock all works on that & if you got old bootloader on 3gs then you can have untethred jb on ios5

That would be assuming he has the 4.3.3 shsh blobs saved and as hes still on 3.1.3 then its highly unlikely.
If the blob isnt saved then it wont be on the saurik server and apple no longer sign 4.3.3 so he will get an itunes error.

I payed them a tenner to unlock mine, had to put 10 quid on a voda simcard and leave it in there a few days
