tm 800hd channels

can someone help me please. I just got technomate tm 800hd and have tried to set it up and its working but I have a lot of issue on this box.
firstly, if I press the fav button on the remote, it shows list of all the satellite and I have to scroll to s*y satellite before I cann get to view the list of channels and its very very annoying.
secondly, the channels are not complete at all not to talk of the epg .
can someone help me please? thanks

The box is few years old and not that well supported. If you want to get rid of all the other satellites then you need to put a channels list on the box that is just for 28.2e. Why do you have to keep going through the sat list every time? Are you switching the box off each time or putting it in standby. If you put it it standby it should come back on on 28.2.

Have you read the tutorial on how to transfer channels using Dreamboxedit/Dreamset?

That box is known as the worst stb that TM ever produced.
It's better off in the bin tbh.

you could ftp into the box and goto /etc/enigma2 and transfer the contents of Rat's Bouquet

I dont really like doing it this way but Im sure I remember doing this on the TM800
