any good mate ?

yes mate thanks (rep added), thats spot on mate, but i need it to have two small rows of boxs added , one row headed "housing" and one headed "parking" for people to put a tick in the relevant boxs, you could drop the one youve added called "comment", and the size of the box's all need to be slightly larger as its hard sometimes for people to write thier address etc in small boxs, know what i mean ??? could you maybe do that for me mate, this is much appreciated by the way, and like i say, rep added mate :)

This any good ?

mate, can you please help me again here, the work you have done is perfect, i have saved the file etc.

I need to send it to my other computer so that i can print it out, but i have done that, and when i try and print it out the thing doesnt fit on A4 paper, ive even tried going into the settings for the printer and tell it to print without any margins at the sides and top, but it still doesnt fit on there, its fine down the left side but is about 1 inch short on the right side, i tried fiddling with the printer settings etc and got no-where, so i might have even made matter worse.

Can you or someone else please help here as ive not got a clue and its doing my head in now :(

P.s
mate, can you help me and take the yellow colour off the file you posted please because its guzzling all my ink up (dont need the yellow anyway), infact every time i try and print iam guzzling up loadsssss of ink and its costly mistakes iam making as you know ink is expensive, i hope you or someone else can help please.

will it print out perfect on A4 size paper mate, yea ??

no idea mate, If you go to file, print, then click on properties you should see the option to select "fit to page" if you select that it will print out on the whole page with the set margins.

thanks for that man taking the yellow off, i just tried to print it off again, same result, doesnt print on the a4 paper, the image is too big and goes off the side at the right hand side, only option i can see similar to what you suggested "fit to page", is scale to page size, i selected that option and still it didnt work :(, more ink wasted :(

i got sorted in the end, what i done was shortned my sentences and brought them down to the next line instead of having long sentences. and i made the boxs smaller too to a size that suits, printed it off and its looking good :) happy days, lol.

Thanks very much for your help guys.

(still dont see the "fit to page" options though that youz are going on about ?)

Sorry m8. was not on a pc with office 2007 installed. It used to be called fit to page. Look in the other post to find the solution.
