sygate warning popups

i get a warning notice keep poping up on sygate its to do with the sygate app its self ntoskml that trys to access the net i click on the popup box not to display the message again but it pops up every 25 minutes or so i can not find anything in the settings to disable it anyone else know how or do you let ntoskml have access
