Sumvision Nano 2 problems

A friend of mine has a nano 2 slim, when you power on the box says theatreinabox, then boots straight into XBMC. The problem we have is can't update XBMC so most addons are dead .

What I want to know is how to restore back to android as it appears to be flashed with Linux.

I have tried the upgrade button underneath but this resets XBMC.

Any help will be appreciated.

just reset xbmc to factory and then install fusion and run hub wizard
pick option for mitricom device this will update the xbmc

you dont want to go back to android on these as with slow and once you add xbmc its even slower

Is there anyway to update xmbc to kodi ?

hub wizard will do this for you i am sure
